We are seeking a highly motivated SHEQ Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we operate in a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly and high-quality manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on all SHEQ matters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective SHEQ management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant SHEQ legislation and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of SHEQ best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date SHEQ documentation.
- Continuously monitor and improve SHEQ performance.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on SHEQ matters.
- A relevant qualification in SHEQ or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a SHEQ advisory role.
- Strong understanding of SHEQ legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year + Bonus
