Due to incredible growth, our large property based in the outskirts of Dudley is currently looking for Service Charge talent, in the form of two Property Accountants to join the wider finance team. Nestled in a bespoke function, the Property Accountantsoversee a portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites to ensure all management accounting, individual reporting is completed for their client, and rents and service charges have been correctly allocated. This role suits an individual that hasworked within the sector and has a fundamental understanding of service charges.

**Ideally, you will;**
- Have previous experience in the property sector or an understanding of Service Charge.
- Ideally have experience processing accruals and prepayments.
- Be comfortable on Excel as you will be using this alongside bespoke reporting tools.
- Be very confident, as you will be going out to meet your clients and build a relationship.
