As a Night Shift Picker and Packer / General Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse during the nighttime hours. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset within a fast-paced yet relaxed atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment**: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring that products are correctly selected, packed, and prepared for shipping.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in managing warehouse inventory, conducting regular stock checks, and replenishing as needed.

**Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to maintain our commitment to excellence.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with a young and dynamic team, communicating effectively to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe and secure working environment.

**Efficiency**: Work efficiently to meet nightly targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, and packing preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving items.
- Team player with effective communication skills.

**Shift Details**:

- Night Shift: 9.30pm - 5.30am
- MOnday-Friday
