**Location**: Wolverhampton/Stafford

**Contract Type**: Zero Hours

**Role**
- To provide support to the examination process.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Assisting with arrangements for the exam room;
- Directing students;
- Checking that the students have been presented with the correct exam;
- Making the invigilator announcement at the beginning of each exam;
- Monitoring a maximum of 20 students during any one session;
- Surveillance of students and observing the operation of the exams;
- Collecting all script booklets, rough workings and notes;
- Completing and submitting the invigilator report to the relevant awarding body at the end of each exam session;
- Providing details of any irregularities to the relevant awarding body in the invigilator report;

**Experience**
- Experience of working or studying in a higher education environment desirable.

**Technical**:

- An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is essential; and
- Previous knowledge experience of the Highfield Awarding Body is helpful in dealing with student queries

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Attention to detail to achieve and maintain excellent standards of delivery of all work carried out; and
- Excellent organisational skills and willingness to work flexibly;
- An understanding of the examination processes;
- Flexible approach to work

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
