Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing and replacing insulation materials to maintain temperature and conserve energy in various structures.

Here are the qualifications we require: NVQ Level two (required) or above (desirable)

**Duties**:

- Measure and cut insulation material to fit into walls, attics, or crawl spaces
- Install insulation in buildings, pipes, ductwork, or other structures
- Seal air leaks with caulk, foam, or other sealants to ensure the building is airtight
- Remove old insulation and dispose of it properly
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Insulator or similar role
- Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in insulation work
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces
- Nice-to-have skills: experience in plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work
