We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fieldview & Viewpoint Coordinator to join our construction team based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and organised individual to join a well-established company. You will be required to work in the office as part of the team and also attend sites regularly to continue managing the onsite systems, i.e. Fieldview & Viewpoint for Projects.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Your role will be working across the region and reporting to the Construction Director completing the below main tasks:

- Manage the set-up of internal and external users of the document control system, provide system training where required, and effectively deal with user queries and issues
- Managing company systems enabling sites to run smoothly
- Completing reports and audits on the use of onsite systems
- Keeping a record of onsite hardware and booking repairs for devices when required
- Working in conjunction with our 4 Projects document control systems to obtain drawings for calibration into test and inspection plans, forms, tasks and procedures
- Providing weekly and monthly reports on quality outputs, KPIs and company procedures to present to senior management and the construction delivery teams
- Gathering data and analysing to improve contractors’ performance during the build process and handover stages of each project
- Maintaining the Fieldview platform to co-ordinate with our Quality Management System and ISO accreditation and archiving completed Quality Records on the completion of works stages and projects

**You will take full responsibility of the project setup process on Fieldview, including but not limited to**:

- Setting up tablets for site staff
- Drawing calibrations
- Adding Packages & Organisations
- Assign task types & causes
- Project user invitations
- Creation and adding of forms
- Device management (generating QR codes and sending out accordingly)
- Carrying out training with site staff and subcontractors on how to use the system
- Liaising with our supply chain and consultants to get the best outcome for our projects using the Fieldview platform collaboratively

**Your main responsibilities for managing ViewPoint for Projects are**:

- Setting up new projects
- Assisting with the creation of workflows for the D&B team
- Creating new subcontractor folders and adding to workflows
- Experience using the Fieldview and Viewpoint platform or similar systems used in the construction or related industries
- A knowledge of using Microsoft office suite and in particular a good proficiency working with Excel
