**Key Responsibilities**:
We need a creative thinker, who is highly motivated, a self starter with a logical mindset with the ability to take concepts and messages and communicate them that inform and captivate its audience. You will develop smart layouts that are visually appealing and effective aligning to our brand guidelines. You are able to pick up briefs, ask the right questions to tease out understanding in order to create and drive a quality output. You will be comfortable collaborating with our technical and engineering experts located in different offices and different time zones so flexibility with an openness to travel is required.

When it comes to design, you like to push boundaries and like with most design your audience need to see to believe. Sometimes we don’t always get it right, but as a solutions team player we reach our goal in the end. Our team is tight knit, hard working and with the internal team being our first customer, building relationships and stakeholder management is key.

You will be comfortable creating various design assets from brochureware to social graphic that lands with the right audience but where you offer real value is 3D Modelling with a view to accelerating towards 3D animation. Working closely and reporting into our Divisional Graphic Design Lead, you have a thirst to develop your animation craft always striving for a premium level finish in keeping with our leading brand reputation and tone of voice.

You will be responsible for the creation of graphics for both internal and external documents which include:

- Product renders in various formats.
- 360 visual interactive graphics.
- Customer presentation materials.
- Marketing literature.
- Social media graphics.
- Corporate branding.

While the listed responsibilities are the main day to day tasks for our team, we would like to highlight that the role can evolve depending on individual interests and strengths. With great attention to detail, you will be adept at setting up scenes, lighting, textures and create camera paths as required. You will be focused on how best to bring our products to life and be able to model technical sequences.

You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions that are in line with our compliance and marketing integrity manual. Knowledge of the construction industry is not required, however understanding of corporate procedures at large is appreciated.

You will be required to ensure full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.

**Qualifications / Education / Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years graphic design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing (or other related qualifications or relevant experience.
- Blender, After effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Produce animations and edit video.
- Technical thinking and Creative problem solving.
- Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro.
- Adobe CC: After Effects, Media Encoder, Bridge.
- Desktop publishing skills: layout design; text formatting; production of interactive PDFs; creating print ready files.
- Vector illustration.
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written English skills and a natural flair with words.
- Detail orientated with excellent attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to work as part of a highly motivated and fast paced team.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines but unphased by pressure.
- A natural creative flair with an excellent eye for design.
