Duties as an IT Support Technician:

- Handle queries and 1st and 2nd line support issues
- Supporting IT issues and projects
- Reviewing equipment and IT setup
- Managing access and data
- Monitoring the helpdesk system
- Setting up users and managing laptop deployment
- Process administration

**Skills**:

- Experience in IT support, Technical support or Helpdesk (essential)
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems and Microsoft Office
- A well organised and trusted individual with the ability to prioritise tasks
- An understanding of hardware, set ups and configuration
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable with a desire to learn
