**Payroll Assistant**

**Your duties will include**:

- Processing payroll for Monthly Staff and ESE payrolls
- Completing all Revenue documentation / payments to Government requirements
- Submission of payroll Revenue forms via Sage and the Gateway Internet connection
- Ensure all pension fund payments are actioned via the Aviva portal before due date
- Control of Sovereign Health Care deductions through the payroll and payment over on a monthly basis
- Arranging payment over of court orders/attachment of earnings on a monthly basis
- Holiday/absence cover for various wages section functions of the Assistant Accounts Department Manager (e.g., commission spreadsheets)
- Ensure all personnel details are kept up to date on Sage Payroll
- Reimbursement / reconciliation and balancing / NL analysis of petty cash
- Daily company banking
- Post all foreign supplier invoices
- Match GRNs and ensure all purchase order prices have been correctly inputted
- Payments to foreign suppliers via HSBC
- CPO on business system - Ensure all orders are entered and sent to suppliers. The orders are receipted to delivery notes and the supplier invoices are matched and posted
- Update the door access software employee details and issue access keys. Maintain access start and finish dates
- Clock updates and maintenance on a daily basis
- Ensure Prosoft software is maintained with all employee details
- Ensure Prosoft software is updated with all relevant absences and clocking amendments
- Produce Block reports when required
- Branch/Representatives expenses checking
- Management of Representatives Report of Calls and Weekly Sheet
- Management of Representative Vehicle Tracking system. Ensure all weekly reports are produced and saved
- Updating the mobile telephone spreadsheets on a monthly basis. Download reports and save to relevant folder
- Carrying out the HR/Payroll induction with new employees
- Assisting with the administration for compliance with the Quality and Environmental accreditations and documentation completed as requested by the HR H&S Manager
- Updating of Company fleet details on the MID portal

**Experience required**:

- Previous payroll experience of a similar nature is ESSENTIAL
- Experience of working with SAGE is ESSENTIAL
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office competent user

The vacancy is a full-time role, working 36.5 hours - Monday to Friday. The benefits of working for our client include a fantastic working environment, ample free parking, close to Shipley train station, staff canteen and lounge area and dress down Friday.
