**Office Manager / Administrator**

Location: Birmingham Business Park, Solihull

Engagement : Permanent

Hours: 8.30-5.30pm Monday - Friday, office based

My client is currently looking for an office manager / administrator to join their success civil engineering business. You should be someone who is starting out in the career, and has a drive to be successful.

You need to be a switched on, dynamic individual who has excellent communication skills, is able to work to deadlines and have a proactive mindset.

Confident liaising with and building good relationships with senior management

Diary management where required

Involvement in management of processes, projects and organisation of documents

Liaise with other third-party suppliers, e.g., booking site visits with geo-technicians.

GRN's of agency worker timesheet hours

Booking hotel & travel arrangements and assisting with any event planning if necessary.

Building excellent working relationships and liaising with other departments

Logging all site documentation methodically and in the correct folders

**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience within a similar field or job role

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary.

Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner.

Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Ability to identify own development needs.

Good communication skills.

Demonstrate best practice at all times.

Excellent MS Office skills.

Committed to providing first rate service internally and externally.

Driven self-starter, comfortable with working alone and as a pro-active team member.

Ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks.
