3rd Line Support Engineer needed for my client in the Whiteley area. This is an in-office role joining a very exciting start up company, you will be supporting existing customer systems and the deployment of new technology.

**About you**:

- A proven IT support background - Minimum 36 months in a senior 2nd Line Role / project based role
- Good Customer service, telephone and written skills
- The ability to be proactive, motivational and be able to deliver results in a pressurised environment
- A team player attitude with a collaborative approach to problem solving and service delivery
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Adaptability - to be flexible to changing business demands
- A positive and professional approach to work
- Full UK Driving License - to travel to client locations
- Knowledge of networking
- Experience of End User Support for Windows 10, MS Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD
- Experience of working within a team in an MSP environment
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with a multitude of customers
- Knowledge of Quality Standards relevant to the industry

**Technical skills required**:

- Telephony / VoIP systems experience
- Autotask CRM platforms knowledge is beneficial
- Strong understanding and technical background in an MSP in a 2nd/3rd Line role
- Good understanding of system migration, network switching and reconfiguration
- Proven methodology in fault finding and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiar with all Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Windows 10/11, Server 2008-2016, AD, Exchange, Hyper V
- Good knowledge of networking, including WAN and LAN connectivity, switching, DNS etc.
- Some Microsoft Server technology experience, incl. Hyper-V, clustering, DHCP, DNS, licensing
- Windows Server roles including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy and Print Management
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Familiarity with some or all of the following networking products: Barracuda, WatchGuard, Draytek, Netgear, Ubiquiti (UniFi)
- Strong understanding and technical background in an MSP
