**JOB MISSION**:
We offer hybrid working, 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home to accommodate for a healthy work life balance. Working hours are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Responsible for key accounts and account reconciliations
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Account Managers on order-book conversion
- Review suspended orders against aged debt & credit limit for release
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoices queries
- Prepare all necessary documentation for the raising of manual invoices and credits, and to obtain all necessary authorisations prior to input to the system
- Manage credit limits and report to credit insurers any adverse customer information
- Place customer accounts on stop where necessary and regularly review these accounts
- Attend customer meetings where appropriate to maintain good working relations with customers and better address their needs
- Rcord account history accurately onto Aurora and the dashboard ensuring that each account is up to date with relevant comments
- Assist AR Manager in forecasting customer receipts and ensure cash receipt targets are met.
**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:
- Proven Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
- Language skills (English)
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent numeracy and keyboard skills
- Able to organise own workload
- Team player with customer service focus
- IT skills - Excel and Word/Microsoft D365, Aurora (AS400) experience preferable
