We are looking for Part 1, 2 and 3 Architectural Assistants. We are a busy conservation practice in the South West - Devon and Somerset - with 20 staff and two offices.

We are looking for exceptional architectural graduates who wish to specialise in conservation and experience a variety of projects from conservation of historic monuments to contemporary new build.

As a small practice, we offer the opportunity for you to be directly involved with all aspects of a project, liaising with clients, contractors and consultants and spending time on site.

We offer a comprehensive package to support your development and education:

- You will be assigned an AABC registered mentor
- We offer experience working with listed buildings
- We give support for attending the SPAB Historic Building Repair courses including accommodation
- We provide in office CPD on historic building detailing and materials
- We give full support for part 3 course fees along with 13 days paid leave for study days
- If a newly qualified part 3 we would provide necessary experience to gain AABC / RIBA CA accreditation
- Paid subscriptions to RIBA and AABC
- Flexible working hours within a framework to suit circumstances
- End of year performance related bonus
