**Role Overview**:
As a **Marketing and Media Assistant**, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement. If you’re passionate about social media, SEO, and creating compelling content, this position is perfect for you

You’ll be working alongside the existing staff who will provide guidance and training**.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**:

- Create engaging posts across various platforms.
- Respond to messages and comments promptly.
- Update social media profiles.
- Analyse performance metrics and take data-driven actions.

**SEO & Ads**:

- Develop and manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta ads).
- Regularly review Google Analytics and implement necessary adjustments.
- Optimize SEO practices on our website.

**Review Management**:

- Handle review pages on third-party platforms (e.g., reviews.io, Google Reviews).

**Newsletters**:

- Craft and distribute newsletters to our valued customers.

**Marketing Events**:

- Drive sales during key periods throughout the year.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain consistent branding across the website, social media channels, and online marketplaces.

**Additional Details**:

- **Trade Shows**: Attend two trade shows annually (Typically over 4-5 day period, including weekends).
- **Saturday Shifts**: Occasionally work on Saturdays during busy periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic Photoshop/image editing skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Confidence in creating social media content.
- Ability to analyse and produce actionable reports based on analytics.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous social media management experience.
- Exposure to SEO and marketing-focused roles.
- Familiarity with Google tools, including Search Console and Merchant Center.
