We are delighted to be working with a top tier global law firm on their search for a new Senior BD & Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver BD strategies for the firms Financial Markets group. The Senior BD & Marketing Managerwill have direct line management responsibilities of a team of 4, including 2 BD Managers.

This full-time, permanent role can be based in a number of locations across Europe and the firm operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the senior stakeholders across the Financial Markets group to generate and develop a strong pipeline of work across the practice in the UK and internationally
- Be the main source of knowledge within M&BD team about the work the Financial Markets group does
- Allocate budget for activities to help deliver on the business plan and monitor spend against this
- Prepare presentations and reports to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Day to day line management of an assigned team of Business Development professionals

Experience required
- Extensive BD and Marketing experience gained within professional services (legal experience preferable)
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies
- Experience of managing, motivating and leading teams
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to run strategic pitch processes
