Meet and Greet

Banking Hubs are dedicated places where communities can access everyday personal and business banking services, such as withdrawing and depositing cash easily, or paying in cheques, over the counter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist customers with directions or locating specific areas within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Upsell products or services when available.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations

**Requirements**:

- English, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
