**Shipping Warehouse Coordinator**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be working for Stolle Europe. Stolle Machinery is the world’s leading supplier of two piece can and end-making machinery for the global can making industry. You will be based in our Carlisle facility within the Shipping department.

As Shipping Warehouse Coordinator, you will join our established shipping and logistics team and will be responsible for the preparation organisation and shipping of parts from workshop for projects and conveying.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identifying contents of pallets and cases and completing detailed packing lists.
- Organising pallets and cases ensuring that they are completed and packed efficiently and clearly labelled.
- Identifying complete pallets and moving to our storage unit, ensuring they are placed in allocated location.
- Arranging the packed goods in the storage unit into respective projects and prepare for despatch.
- Assisting with loading of containers and trailers.
- Assisting Shipping team with the loading plans.
- Assisting the Shipping team with maintaining plan of what is where in the storage unit.
- Accommodating parts coming in from suppliers, checking the parts and creating packing lists.
- Assessing parts which require packing.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**:
We are looking for someone who has a positive and energetic approach and can work independently and proactively to deal with challenges, working closely with our Shipping and Logistics team in our Carlisle plant to complete orders on time.
- Must have excellent computer skills Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- A full UK driving licence or equivalent
- To meet our driving insurance terms, applicants must be 25 years or over
- Forklift truck licence would be an advantage
- Previous experience in engineering environment an advantage
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week 8.00-4.30

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN RETURN**:

- Salary: range £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
- Generous holiday allowance

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
