**Responsibilities**:
The School Caretaker will take on various responsibilities, including:

- ** Facilities Management**: Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school premises.
- ** Health and Safety**: Implementing health and safety protocols to establish a safe environment for all.
- ** Maintenance**: Managing repairs and maintenance projects efficiently and within budget.
- ** Security**: Ensuring the security of the premises and acting as a key holder.
- ** Groundskeeping**: Overseeing grounds maintenance and landscaping.
- ** Contractor Management**: Collaborating with contractors to maintain and improve facilities.
- ** Event Support**: Setting up spaces for school events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facilities management, caretaking, or a related field.
