The post holder will provide a good role model, develop and maintain good systems of communication, be able to communicate with a wide range of people in a range of situations.2. Reporting verbally and in writing with regards to clients progress, assessments and care planning to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
3. Maintain accurate and complete records. 4. Discussing with client and their families / carers regarding care planning, assessments and treatment.
5. Be able to acknowledge the barriers to effective communication and adapt communication style in response. 6. The post holder will be involved in self-development and contribute to the development of others.
7. Engaging in reflective practice and implement evidence-base to practice, linking to appraisal standards. 8. Identification of individual development needs and accessing learning opportunities available.
