We are seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to work on a 12-month contract basis for our leading aerospace and defence clients.

Once trained (4-8 weeks) - 2 days per week onsite minimum

**The Individual**

You will play a key part in ensuring that Data Framework is maintained to the required standards including ownership of key processes and training material.

SuccessFactors is the primary focus of this role although the ownership of processes and training materials will extend to other downstream systems reliant on SF HR data and where the HRIS Data team are required to manage data or investigate data or system behaviour issues.

You will support the HR Data Systems Manager in the provision of specialist knowledge and guidance to a range of stakeholders around data integrity principles, employee data and new systems/interface design.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Data Quality would be desirable
- Some understanding of the technology platforms associated with the service area
- Some knowledge of the governance and control frameworks
- Has a good knowledge of data protection and document retention policies
- Excellent and effective organisational skills
- Has an operational mind-set with regard to opportunities and effectiveness of service
- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage projects and change
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure
- A recognised Service Excellence accreditation
- Good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, PowerPoint, Process Mapping
