Job Description:
Position : Technical Training Specialist

Location : Dungannon

Reporting to : Technical Training Manager

Reporting to the Service Training Manager, this role will perform a variety of Engineering, Training and Dealer support related tasks in the planning, development of new and current documentation and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using your specialist knowledge to prepare documents and guides that can be easily understood
- Develop and adapt Training Material that is required for external and internal training
- Dealer Portal revitalization with relevant Training and Technical information.
- Support the Helpdesk & Field Delivery Aftersales Teams should the need arise.
- Testing and proving new material with Team Members
- There will be a requirement for scheduled travel which will involve Overseas.
- Previous experience of Training Delivery is desirable though not essential.
- Ability to plan, organize and deliver Technical Documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
- Have excellent presentational and facilitation skills
- Have a good working knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic principles
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent hands on skills using diagnostic tools and the ability to demonstrate logical thought processes.

Essential Knowledge and Qualifications:

- Third level education would be preferable in Engineering, but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Screening and Crushing.
- Full UK Driving License and passport

- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks as required to meet demanding Internal and Dealer deadlines.
