JPMorgan Chase & Co. has expanded its consumer business and we have launched a new digital retail bank in the UK. We are offering consumers a completely new banking experience. Under the Chase brand, the bank provides products and features tailored to meet the needs of customers in the UK, made available via an innovative mobile app.

**CRM Technology Lead - Chase UK**

You will define the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for our customer service CRM technology platform that will allow us to deliver an industry-leading customer service experience

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the CRM product, ensuring that it meets the success criteria of your stakeholders
- You will partner with the Tech Lead to ensure alignment and feasibility of product and technical vision and requirements
- You will obsess over KPIs and user feedback to continually refine the product
- You will create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation
- You will ensure the product meets all legal, regulatory, risk and control requirements
- You will be hands on, detail orientated, and outcome focused, as well as a strong team player

**Key Skills**:

- Expert knowledge of CRM functionality and tools so that these can enable the quick delivery of new features
- Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development
- Expert-level knowledge in Agile principles, processes, and best practices
- Strong experience with planning, prioritising, and maintaining product backlogs
- Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with product strategy
- Strong experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics
- Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining product design / architecture / roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds
