Firmware Engineer

Jonathan Lee Recruitment are looking for x2 Senior Electronics / Firmware Engineers and a graduate Engineer to take responsibility for the electronics and firmware design of products from concept through to production taking account of requirements, time-scales,cost, and regulatory constraints.The company is a consultancy who work with Medical Device, Defence and consumer products.The company works with customers from the concept phase to manufacture which is managed in-house.

Experience, Knowledge & Requirements

Degree (2:1) or better.

Digital, Analogue design experience.

Embedded Programming Experience in 'C'/C++

Ideally existing work placement experience within a Design House or R&D department.

Familiarity with CAD for schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium preferred).

Can do attitude, inquisitive, willing to take on tasks as deemed necessary for the project. Ability to client face, good presentation and communication skills.

Ability to take on other systems elements within a project such as thermals, optics etc an advantage.
