General Responsibilities:

- Installation of drainage and foundations
- Blockwork
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit materials according to specifications
- Install windows, doors, roofing and other building components
- Rendering and plastering
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete projects efficiently

Essential Experience:

- Proven experience as a skilled or semi-skilled builder
- Proficiency and working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Outstanding attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
- Be honest and possess a great attitude to work
- Be reliable and punctual

Pay: £13.50-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
