- Experience managing a small / medium sized team including leading projects and ad-hoc working groups

- Demonstrated ability to write high value documents with mínimal supervision
- High attention to detail and capacity to give and receive constructive feedback

**Objectives of the Role**
- Support the Head of Digital in departmental discovery meetings to help identify the current digital and data ‘as is’ status and deliver the key findings
- Help manage the requirements gathering and initial write up of RFP’s for key Ashton Gate Stadium and Bristol Sport in relation to their digital and data strategies
- Manage, with the support of the Head of Digital and Ashton Gate/Bristol Sport key stakeholders in the digital and data tender processes for Ashton Gate Stadium and Bristol Sport. This includes the management of and organising of key client stakeholders and the vendors involved in the process
- Help develop scoring models for each tender process to enable business decision making and write up clear and concise results for distribution
- Be the key point of contact for the delivery of digital and data projects for Ashton Gate Stadium and Bristol Sport e.g. relationship management between vendor and client, risk log register, gateway meeting management
- Deliver key project updates to client key stakeholders
- Identify potential gaps in the technical ability of Ashton Gate / Bristol Sport Digital and Data offerings and propose potential solutions for potential resolution and growth
- Pro-actively research key digital and data trends in the sports and entertainment verticals (and also other verticals that could cross over) e.g. app, website, personalisation, data platforms, ticketing
- Support, when required, in workshop sessions and meetings potential models and theories of use of client data

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Google Analytics.
- Experience in the Sports and Entertainment verticals is preferred
- Experience with website and mobile apps is desired
- Digital & Data software project management experience across multiple projects
- Prior experience managing an RFP process is desired
- Ability to work across various business departments and understand strategies and business challenges for end-users
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proven analytical and strategic, problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new concepts and systems
- Self-starters with the ability to work remotely
- Feel comfortable working as part of a team of strong players
- You will be expected to have a flexible and positive attitude to internal and external work flows. There will be times when it is expected for you to work outside of allocated hours.
- Innovative and creative thinker able to approach complicated situations in a simple manner
- Full clean driving licence
