- Welcome clients and provide exceptional guest services
- Manage front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client inquiries
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell beauty products and services to clients
- Utilise social media platforms for marketing and client engagement
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

Qualifications:

- Qualified Beautician with relevant certifications
- Proven experience in providing hospitality and guest services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Strong skills in upselling beauty products and services
- Knowledge of social media management for salon promotion
