Financial Services Administrator

My client a leading Financial Planning firm are eagerly looking to expand further and recruit a potentially skilled technical administrator or someone looking to develop to paraplanning too. This company has been established for many years and they are incrediblysuccessful.
Working alongside a team of very successful IFA's and Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will be responsible for carrying out the Financial Services Administration side. You will also get the chance to do your Diploma and they will support you withthis.
Job Purpose:
- To provide administrative support to Paraplanners & Financial Advisers within the Business
- Main Activities are to Produce annual review packs and complete the annual review process
- Maintain all necessary systems
- Type letters and draft routine correspondence
- Produce quotations on financial products for comparison
- Processing of investment, pension, and protection business
- Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our True Potential back-office system to submit cases for compliance checking
- To assist in producing accurate compliant client reports for Financial Advisers
- To collect relevant data in order to complete the reports
- Skills/competencies: Highly organised
- Good team worker
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Report writing skills
- Able to exercise initiative
Qualifications: Essential - Educated to GCE ‘A’ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths
Experience: Two years office experience in a similar role/working environment within an IFA Firm
