**Role: Senior IFA Administrator**
**Location: Weybridge, Surrey, 1/2 days a week in the office**
**Salary: £35,000 - £40,000**
A boutique, Independent Financial Advice and Asset Management practice is looking to grow its Private Client team by bringing on a Senior IFA Administrator to directly support 1 Adviser and look after the wider team.
You will join a team that has been awarded Best Financial Adviser to Work for award.
This client provides a trustworthy, and integrated approach to advice, with the importance of values being at the heart of their business. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are looking to expand their team in a period of growth.
You will have the opportunity to directly support 1 Financial Adviser who works with high-net-worth clients on complex cases. The role will suit a confident and experienced Senior IFA Administrator who enjoys working autonomously in a driven and high-performingclient team.
You are able to progress in this position through guided professional development plans, and the full support to take Financial Planning exams.
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support and oversee a number of client related systems and processes, ensuring an end to end delivery of outstanding support service to clients
- Overseeing the Administrator team
- Act as the point of contact between Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Clients
- Processing new business
- Prepare pre & post meeting review packs
- Adhere to data protection & FCA regulations

**What’s needed to be considered?**
- Experience using IO is essential
- Experience using Transact would be ideal
- Proven experience of providing quality support to Financial Planners & Paraplanners
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals
