**Salary**: £22,898.00 + £34.54 for Sleep-ins

**Location**: Caerphilly

**Work Pattern**:The scheme is covered 24 hours, 7 days a week so you would be expected to work on a 6-week rolling rota which would involve: days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

**You will receive additional payment of £34.54 for sleep-ins.**

You will be working with a diverse group of people from varying backgrounds, some of whom may have experienced trauma and complex needs. Your role would be working with our clients to teach tenancy management skills and provide any other housing related support they may require.

**Day to Day Duties**:
As a Project Worker you will lead each shift by managing the scheme and overseeing the Scheme Support Officers.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Engaging and interacting with the people we support
- Writing and following a support plan with the individual you are supporting
- Delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
- Liaising with external agencies
- Supporting with external appointments to GPs and job centres
- Organising and participating in activities and day trips
- Dealing with any conflict that arises
- Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
