Sales Coordinator

Futures are working with a growing manufacturer, based near Leeds, who are looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator to support their busy sales office. As Sales Coordinator you need to have prior experience working in a busy sales office, be able to navigateon CAD systems (you don't need to design stuff, but you need to know your way around the systems to generate relevant documentation) and be comfortable speaking to various different stakeholders. You will be joining a growing business who are offering a competitivesalary, regular one to ones and performance review.

- Liaising with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Ensure all verbal and written communication to the customer is accurate and informative
- Preparing accurate quotes for customers
- Generating project information packs for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that every customer receives a high-quality experience and drive improvements to the customer experience

- Ability to use AutoCAD (essential)
- Ability to interpret general arrangement drawings (essential)
- Strong customer experience skills
- Prior experience in a role where you have proceed technical documentation for projects
- Ability to generate quotes for work
- Ability to interpret general arrangement drawings (essential)
