Lettings Negotiator

An opportunity has arisen to join our lettings team as a **full-time lettings negotiator**. This role will include the following-:
**In Office** - general admin, invoicing, using Microsoft word and Microsoft excel, using office IT equipment, answering telephone calls amongst other things.

**Out of Office** - driving to and from appointments, attending viewings, attending check ins, attending inspections, carrying out inventories, amongst other things.

**This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment within a knowledgeable steady team.**

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm

Wednesday and Thursday (until 7pm on rotation)

Saturday Rotation currently 1:3 rotation usually 1:4 - 9.00am - 1.00pm

We are based in the **East End of Glasgow **and due to the nature of this job it is advisable that the applicant can easily attend the office or work duties within a reasonable timeframe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,177.00-£23,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
