You will be supported by the Acute Floor Head of Nursing and will be part of a strong leadership team across the Acute floor at RSCH.You will be an experienced nurse with a proven track record of leadership, staff development, problem solving and practice improvement. You need to have a passion for developing staff and using patient feedback to improve care.
