Job Description: Sales Administrator

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any customer issues or inquiries
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field is preferred

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
