- Bank - Cash receipts, Cash book - bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable - invoices and payments
- Expenses and credit card claim processing
- Assisting in sales invoicing
- Assisting in preparation of VAT and WHT returns
- Assisting the Credit Controller
- Knowledge of General Ledger activity and journal postings
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts journal
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the year end reporting and statutory annual audiT.
- Involvement in process improvements and Ad hoc finance projects as necessary
- Conscientious and detailed oriented.
- Strong people & project management skills.
- Willingness to join, bolster and enhance further the existing finance team.
- Experience in developing strong financial controls, reporting and previous system implementation expertise would be preferable.
- Self-Starter, possess energy and positive attitude with a desire to drive constant improvement and change.
- Deadline / results orientated. Well organised with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- At least 5 years’ post qualified experience in a finance role and preferably within the consulting sector.
- ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants)
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
- CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Be fluent in English both written and verbal.
