**Start Date**: ASAP

**Location**: Thetford

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: £21,000 per annum

**Duration**: Permanent

**Benefits**: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Christmas closure - you will be required to save 5 days holiday for this, 3% employer pension contribution, smart/casual dress code in the office, team building events, annual Christmas party andfundraising events throughout the year

**What you will be doing**:

- Answering the telephone and directing any calls to relevant department or person
- Producing sales quotations
- Chasing and following up on quotes
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Working closely with the sales coordinator and sales team
- Attending sales meetings
- Minute taking in meetings
- Compiling reports and analysing data
- Data entry on Excel
- General administration and customer service tasks

**About you**:

- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to manage your time across multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Keen on developing existing skills as well as learning new ones
- Good analytical skills would be an advantage
