**About the role**:
As an Administrator, you will:
Assist the Finance Director with day-to-day administration tasks, this will include:
- Processing employees’ timesheets and entering on to the payroll system.
- Processing expense claims.
- Supporting credit control.
- Booking travel and hotel to meet business requirements.
- Data input to internal systems and spreadsheets.
Assist the wider team with day-to-day administration tasks, this will include:
- Perform administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and assist in the general running of the office functions including typing, filing, photocopying etc.
- Answering the telephone, passing calls and taking telephone messages competently.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
- Hours of work Mon to Thurs: 08.30 - 16.00 Fri: 08.30 - 13.00
**What we need from you**:
- Experience in an Administrative role or similar
- Great IT skills including proficient in Excel and Microsoft software.
- Organised and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Experience with SAGE would be beneficial but not essential.
Here at Firelink we work collaboratively with the wider team, so you will be able to work well with others and individually.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
