Inspire2 Achieve (I2A) is a project working in mainstream schools, the Pupils Referral Unit and throughout the community of Merthyr Tydfil. The Inspire2 Achieve (I2A) Employment Liaison Officer will work with young people aged between 14 - 19 who are identified as most at risk of not engaging in education, employment or training (NEET), or who are no longer engaging in education, employment or training (NEET). The post holder will create opportunities of work experience and volunteering to improve the life skills and enhance the employability of young people in schools and educational settings along with those young people post 16.
