**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Build positive interactions to enhance confidence and self-esteem.
- Support class teachers in classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group assistance to students in their learning.
- Willingness to perform personal care duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ready for an immediate start as a Learning Coach.
- Willingness to undergo child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
