Our client is a luxury 4 Red Star hotel in the Hampshire countryside, near Basingstoke. Boasting 2 AA Rosettes for its food in the main restaurant which caters for up to 70 covers, this hotel offers guests traditional British cuisine with a modern twist.Fresh local produce is at the heart of all they do. In addition to the main restaurant, there is also a lounge area serving light meals and afternoon tea, private dining and banqueting for up to 200 covers and also a separate outdoor dining area offering amore informal menu such as freshly baked pizzas or sharing platters.

**What's involved?**

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a team of chefs, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality. You will manage and assist with the training oof any junior chefs working with you whilst ensuring that you and your team, havehigh standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times
