Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Field Sales Executive **to join the team.

Location: London (Remote working)

**Salary**: Circa £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience with uncapped earning potential

Job Type/Hours: Full time

**About The Company**:
Our client is a rapidly growing HR and Payroll service business that were originally established back in 2019 and have continued to grow year on year. With a foothold in both the UK and international market, they provide payroll support for agencies workingwith temporary workers ensuring they are paid in a timely manner. With over 35 years collective experience in the industry and over 200 agencies that use their payroll service, our client has continued to expand year on year and is now looking to onboard anew Field Sales Executive to build on this growth and support the business further expansion into the international market.

**Field Sales Executive - **The Role:
The Field Sale Executive will be responsible for building and developing new relationships with agencies and clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business coming in. You will be able to act with a high degree of autonomy in the role and will be responsiblefor any new leads you generate for the business. As a member of the business, you will have the opportunity to not only utilise your existing contacts but will also be able to voice your ideas and contribute to the business as a whole. You will be crucialto supporting the growth of the business and will be able to join our client on their journey as their growth continues to accelerate.

**Field Sales Executive **- Key Responsibilities**:

- **Generating new and exciting business leads for the company
- Building and maintaining strong and last relationships with agencies and stakeholders
- Developing further connections in US and international market
- Approach and engage agencies that work with temp workers

**Field Sales Executive - **You**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a business development role (B2B)
- Previous experience within Payroll services, preferably to recruitment agencies
- Ability to develop and maintain long last relationships with clients
- Outgoing and approachable
- Innovative and motivated individual
- Strong communication skills and experience dealing directly with stakeholders
- An open contact book would be massively beneficial
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Must be aware of current affairs
