The Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences within the Faculty of Health and Medicine is seeking to appoint a Grade 8 Lecturer in Neuroscience.

Biomedical and Life Sciences (BLS) is a growing, innovative and vibrant Division whose guiding principle is to deliver excellence in biomedical research and teaching. The division has a track record of substantial funding and publication success across our three research groups: Ageing and Neuroscience, Cancer Biology and Genome Stability and Microbes, Pathogens and Immunity.

BLS also has a strong interdisciplinary ethos and collaborates with colleagues in Lancaster Medical School and the Division of Health Research within the Faculty of Health and Medicine, as well as colleagues in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Psychology and the Lancaster Environment Centre within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

You will have a track record of conducting internationally competitive research, with a supporting portfolio of high-quality research publications, and the potential to attract external grant income to support their research from a range of sources.
