**Job Title: MARAC Administrator**

**Location**: Warwickshire
**Salary**: £19079.04 per annum
**Contract type**: Permanent, Part Time

**Hours**: 28.5 hours per week over 4 days

The post holder will assist the MARAC Coordinator and the MARAC officer to administer the operation of the Warwickshire Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) associated administrative tasks as directed by the duty manager and MARAC Coordinator.

The domestic abuse service in Warwickshire co-ordinates the MARAC - Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences, these are meetings where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between representatives of local police, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), probation and other specialists from the statutory and voluntary sectors.

**Responsibilities**
- **Key Accountabilities and Deliverables**

**Managing service delivery and performance**
- To gather relevant information about the MARAC cases ahead of the meeting.
- To support the MARAC Coordinator to provide any reports required to the service.
- To work with the MARAC Coordinator to ensure pre MARAC work is completed, supporting the liaison point between the IDVA Service, the police and other agencies.
- To support in the preparation of the MARAC agenda. When necessary, to attend Multi Agency Risk Management Conferences and support the Coordinator by taking minutes and producing accurate records.
- To prepare the minutes including agreed actions, have them agreed by the Service Manager and or the MARAC Coordinator and circulate to partner agencies within agreed timescales.
- To make contact with the referral agencies, to ensure that the needs of all victims are met.
- Working with the Refuge IDVA Team to provide administrative support as required.
- To monitor the secure inbox for MARAC administration and to assist the Coordinator with the management of the MARAC secure electronic filing system.
- To work within the agreed guidelines in all the various MARAC's across Warwickshire and information sharing protocols.
- To attend all relevant training.
- Provide general office administration and oversight as required for all services
- **Managing security**
- To ensure that security of sensitive information is maintained and complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- **Managing health and safety**
- To promote and ensure safe working for self and others by strict adherence to Refuge Security procedures and Health and Safety policy
- To support the management of health, safety and security within Refuge office.
- To ensure a good standard of hygiene is maintained in the office.
- **Managing self**
- To promote and support equality and empowerment within all areas of work
- To represent and be an ambassador for Refuge, working in partnership internally and externally with other agencies to ensure an effective coordinated community response to survivors of domestic violence and their children
- To actively participate in Refuge’s performance management processes including regular supervisions, training and development. (Please note this will involve travel to London)
- To be available to work at priority times around the fortnightly MARAC and other essential meetings. This will involve flexibility around taking annual leave.
