**The Purpose of this Job**

As the **Warehouse Supervisor**, you will play a crucial role in running a key part of the company's **distribution network**.

Through implementing **processes and procedures** in line with the business objectives, you will be responsible for helping to ensure **efficient operation** of the **warehouse** function. This is an exciting new role which you will be able to own and **develop** your career, establishing a level of **influence** within the organisation.

**Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Supervisor will be to**:

- Overseeing warehouse operations, whilst ensuring processes are maintained
- Correct use of goods in, returns and dispatch areas
- Maintaining the stock and efficiently resolving any issues
- Arranging courier bookings
- Monthly stock take

**You'll have**
- Proven **experience** in a similar role, preferably in a **busy warehousing environment**:

- Excellent **IT skills, knowledge of Sage or similar is desirable**:

- The ability to **manage** and **influence teams** of people, encouraging them to be the best they can be
- An **energetic, can-do** attitude with great organisational skills
