**Maintenance Supervisor**

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join as a **Maintenance Supervisor **working across our 2 city centre sites, Forty-Seven and Velvet. Both hotels have just undergone huge investment to offer a new luxury boutique experience to our guests.

A total of 68 bedrooms in Manchester along with award winning dining across Manchester city centre.

**Location: 47 Peter St, Manchester, M2 3NG and 2 Canal St, Manchester M1 3HE**

**Requirements**:
As **Maintenance Supervisor **you must have a good rounded knowledge of general maintenance work and be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks and be willing to be hands on in the role ideally in a commercial / hotel setting. It is essential you are fully aware of Health and safety procedures. You will be able to work with other departments with an understanding of Environmental EHO requirements, understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures and can demonstrate personal ownership, team, and motivational skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing new opening team.

**Duties will include**:
1. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures to complete maintenance work orders across all departments

2. Maintaining the hotel maintenance department on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotels

3. You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned-maintenance orders

4. Checks and monitors the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to high standards

5. Ensure all regulatory and safety standards are maintained as legally required and within the company’s policies and procedures.
