Kro Hospitality is a leading management company with a wonderfully diverse mix of internationally recognised branded and independent boutique hotels, excellent restaurants and stylish bars, including; Velvet Hotel, Bar and Brasserie; Forty-Seven; The Peterman and Asha’s. A total of 68 bedrooms in Manchester along with award winning dining across Manchester city centre.

**Location: 47 Peter St, Manchester, M2 3NG and 2 Canal St, Manchester M1 3HE**

**Requirements**:
As **Maintenance Supervisor **you must have a good rounded knowledge of general maintenance work and be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks and be willing to be hands on in the role ideally in a commercial / hotel setting. It is essential you are fully aware of Health and safety procedures. You will be able to work with other departments with an understanding of Environmental EHO requirements, understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures and can demonstrate personal ownership, team, and motivational skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing new opening team.

**Duties will include**:
1. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures to complete maintenance work orders across all departments

2. Maintaining the hotel maintenance department on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotels

3. You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned-maintenance orders

4. Checks and monitors the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to high standards

5. Ensure all regulatory and safety standards are maintained as legally required and within the company’s policies and procedures.

- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Competent level of IT proficiency.
- Flexibility when needed to work a range of shifts including early, late, weekends & Bank Holidays.
