**Social Media Specialist**

Danlec Electrical Solutions Ltd is a fast-growing, Shireoaks-based Electrical installation company that provides Solar Panel, Battery Storage systems and EV Charge point installations to homes and businesses throughtout the UK.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our company’s social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that drives traffic to our website and other digital channels. You will also manage our company’s social media accounts across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter). You will work closely with our Marketing Director to ensure that all of our content is engaging and well-written. You will also manage our company’s website and provide support to internal departments as needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage Instagram account
- Manage Facebook page
- Mange TikTok account
- Manage Twitter account
- Manage YouTube channel
- Create engaging content that engages with audience on all social media platforms (i.e., posts, photos, videos)
- Develop weekly calendar of social media posts/events/trends/trends/trends to plan ahead for the coming week/month/year
- Track analytics of social media engagement (i.e., likes, shares, comments) and use these data points to inform decisions about content creation and optimization
- Analyze analytics data to determine success of campaigns by using tools like Google Analytics or SimilarWeb to monitor SEO or keyword research or web traffic studies
- Create monthly reports by collecting data from various platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and analyzing results to determine trends or areas of improvement in online presence or digital marketing strategy
- Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns by researching trends or best practices within specific areas (i.e., SEO, image optimization, video marketing) and writing copy for campaigns; coordinating with designers or other team members as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; or equivalent experience in equivalent fields including digital marketing, communications, business administration or related field(s). Experience working with the Instagram platform is preferred.

**Salary**: £24,048.00-£27,434.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shireoaks, S81 8AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- social media: 3 years (preferred)
