An international Manufacturing business based in Warrington is currently recruiting for an FP&A Manager to join the business to support the CFO.
Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, the role holder will be responsible for making sure the global finance function and infrastructure are fit for purpose.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to join a high-growth business with excellent career prospects.

This business is offering a fully hybrid working model, with no set days in the office.

**As FP&A Manager your role will involve**:

- Partnering with the Senior Management Team in developing, coordinating and reporting budgets and forecasts for individual departments/businesses.
- Developing efficiency's and process improvements
- Liaising with other business finance departments in order to consolidate their forecasts.
- Managing financial aspects of special projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions.
- Monitoring and reviewing Group and Entity Operating performance including Sales and Customer margins and performance and Business margins and performance.
- Take an active role in the broader financial team. Helping with the smooth implementation of and adherence to new finance requirements, systems and processes.
- Run annual budget and forecasts, including the roll out of regular reforecasting cycles and processes.
- Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified.
- Preparing ad-hoc management financial reports as required.
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Have strong presentation skills to present to high level roles including internal and external investors.
- FP&A experience gained within manufacturing business/sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews.
- Independent/self-starter with high attention to detail.
