We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join their team, based in modern Darwen offices, looking at further expansion in 2023. These roles would suit someone from the Insurance industry, or a credible sales professional who wants tomake the move to a more customer focussed position.

You will be dealing with customer renewals, ensuring their continued sign ups go smoothly, as well as assisting with any queries they may have - On offer here is a fantastic basic salary, quarterly bonus, amazing holiday entitlement and benefits, and the opportunity to join the security of a global name in a friendly, steady team.

In this role you will be provided with the details of current customers (these are SME / organisations) and you will engage with the designated person; you role will be to let them know its due for renewal and talk them through the simple process. You mayalso deal with queries from them, and also be listening for cross-selling opportunities, as your new company offer several other packages within the Insurance sector. Working in a small team, you will also be expected to aid your colleagues, and other administrationduties as and when required.

Whilst an Insurance background would be great, we would love to hear from you if you are in a sales / account manager / customer service role, ideally within the business sector - a great communicator, with a good telephone manner, you will also need tobe proficient with IT systems. Staff turnover with this company is incredibly low, so you can rest assured this is a permanent role that will offer you longevity and stability, as well as being financially lucrative.

On offer is a salary which starts at £24k to £28k depending on experience, a quarterly bonus taking this comfortable over the £30k - £35k mark; you will initially have 26 days holiday + all Bank holidays which rises considerably with service, it’s a 9-5Monday to Friday (no evenings of weekends) and a host of other benefits.
