**Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities**:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and engaging learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and managing the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task.
- Responding to questions and queries from students, offering guidance and support.
- Managing classroom behavior and maintaining discipline to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Liaising with teaching staff and school administrators to ensure smooth operation in the absence of teachers.
- Providing feedback on student progress and behavior to the relevant faculty members.
