**Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire(GL17)**

**Salary: £45,000 - £50,000**

**Monday to Friday 9am - 5.50pm**

Our client is looking for a **Surveyor / Valuer** to join their Rural professional department. This is dynamic full-time role which will focus on valuation work, along with other professional work. The position offers excellent career development in awell-regarded firm.

**Job Title Duties**:
To carry out RICS “Red Book” Valuations and market appraisals covering a range of properties, including country houses, cottages, land, and barns.
- MRICS Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
- Previous Experience in Rural / Land / Farm

**Skills Needed**:

- Confident, ambitious, and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially astute, technically proficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Bright, energetic, and personable.
