Furniture Framer

Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with an established and market leading designer and manufacture who are looking for framers / frame workers to join their team.

Our Client has over 150 years experience in their field and manufacture bespoke, high end furniture items; from their state-of-the-art factory in rural Nottinghamshire. They still operate to the day with their founders commitment at the heart of everything they do; to produce beautiful, high-quality designs with the utmost style

As a framer in the role, you will;
- Working on a production line
- Use hand tools / power tools to assemble chair and sofa framing
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Produce component by assembling parts and subassemblies
- Follow technical drawings
- Use of wood to assemble chair and sofa framing
- ideally have experience In a similar environment
- Be able to demonstrate their ability to build framing for sofas and chairs
- Have experience of working with furniture
- Be able to travel to the work location
- Competently and confidently use hand tools / power tools as required

This will be a temp to perm position, working on through Orchard Professional Solutions for the introduction period.

This position is based in the NG17 area, applicants must be able to travel.

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Framing: 1 year (preferred)
